Cancellation

policy.

  • If your appointment is cancelled with over 48 hours notice, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to any new appointment that you make.

  • If you choose to reschedule your appointment within the 48 hour window, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment time.

  • If your appointment is cancelled at 24-48 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the total appointment value will be applied.

  • If you choose to reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour window your deposit will be forfeited and you will either incur the cancellation fee (if you choose to cancel) or will need to pay a new deposit for a new appointment to be made for you.

  • Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice shall be charged at the full price of the booking.

  • Non-arrival without notice: a charge of the total value of the booking will be applied.

Please note, that as we are a small business and we appreciate you for being our valued clients, we may not always be able to answer the phone and or respond to a message. Whether this be made via text or our social platforms. Therefore, we have invested in software that allows you the opportunity to make, reschedule and cancel your own appointments online. This ensures that not only is your request secured, but that it is done in a timely and efficient manner. Any cancellation or reschedule requests made out of trade hours/days via call or text will not be considered due to having adequate invested software that is readily available to you.

As a courtesy, appointments are confirmed by email 72 hours in advance and by text 48 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we cannot reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Our cancellation policy provides us with the time to inform guests on our waiting list of any availability and is also designed to protect our team from any lost business.
